Billing system
is a package software in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment, which carries out registration of consumers’ public facilities, write off calculations and costs as per company’s and service providers’ tariffs. The billing system enables to computerize monthly invoicing thereby enabling to enhance efficiency of employees and work quality, as well as to enhance accuracy of costs / earnings accounting.
The billing system has been adopted to LR legislation and it enables to make changes easily in service accounting – to change the quantity of services, tariffs, to add to the system new management objects at user’s level without involvement of software experts. At any time a user can receive on-line information about Service recievers – effected payments, bills, tariffs, also at any moment, should be necessary, to print – out again Service receiver’s bill for any period.
It is possible to prepare and to generate letters of reminder and warning messages, as well as calculation of penalties and automatic recalculation of rental /lease tariffs accoridng to inflation rates.
This module enables automatic generation of bills as soon as practicable. At the moment it covers information about more than 1 000 monthly bills to lessees and tenants for for provided services. The billing system also performs functions of registration of agreements with lessees /tenants, thereby enabling to process information about provided services, meter readings, to follow up agreement validity term and to process debtors’ debts.
