The Accellos WMS is the main component of the computerized warehouse management system. The Accellos WMS has been integrated with enterprise’s financial system and secures interaction between Warehouse and “Orders for Sale”, “Stock Management” and Orders for Purchase” modules. Execution of warehouse replenishment task in a team

Various standard – size goods management
The Accellos WMS supports various standard sizes for one article (e.g., pallet, wrapping, small wrapping, piece), providing division of standard sizes into smaller ones, organizing sampling of loaded orders. In a warehouse thre can be organized zones for various goods standard sizes. An opportunity to load the largest standard sizes, consolidating smaller standard siezes into larger etc., is also supported.

TAG AND LABEL PRINT MANAGEMENT
It is provided an opportunity to printout tgs of various sizes, supporting various fonts and corporate identities. Tags can be printed in a fon regime. Examples of various tags: cell tag storage after address organization, commercial tags, specific covering tags for carriers, a tag– a side note to an operator for execution that or that procedure, pallet tag ect..

Processing of goods with serial numbers and lot numbers
It is provided management and tracing of goods with serial or lot numbers.
Work with production with variable parameters
It is provided warehouse operation opportunities with goods, whiche very unit has a characteristic variable – size attributes: different length of one and the same article (pipes, bars), different weight.
Efficient management of goods with specific nomenclature and auxilliary materials
It is provided convenient work with products other than goods. For example, advertising documentation, brochures or wrapping materials.
SET CREATION MANAGEMENT
Serial set (Warehouse set)
The Accellos WMS provides an opportunity to gather sets with further placing in the warehouse. In the result there appears a new commercial unit. It is applicable to standard quck returnable permenantly saleable sets.
Sets at request
Creation of sets for execution of a particular order. Upon completion of making up a set it is loaded.
Simply prepeared set
Services deemed necessary for making a set sampled as a standard order without necessity of registration.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
FIFO/LIFO principle support, product shelf-life
FIFO and LIFO principles, as well as shelf-life, is the basic method of goods flow management in the warehosue work.
Replacement of controlled goods within warehouse
Provided with “transparent” warehouse advantage where every article is being replaced immediately within a fixed system.
Periodic inventory
A warehouse periodic inventory process can be executed at any time simultenously with other active processes in the warehouse. A stock calculation type can be organized applying below methods:
- By cells,

Full inventory /controllable recalculation
A full warehouse inventory is executed when there are no routine work oeprations, according to a scenario defined in the Inventory Count Wizard module.
There is opportunity of the controlleable recalculation – repeated inventory in various sectors should any serious dicrepancy be revealed.
OPERATIONS IN LOADING ZONE
