Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV at "Ingman Saldējums" Ltd.

“Ingman Saldējums” Ltd., the second biggest wholesaler of frozen products in Latvia, continues successful development. „E-PASAULE” Ltd. and „Ingman Saldējums” Ltd. during cooperation commenced also implementation of the eAgent project. In 2007 there was commenced a new project, which target was the transferrence from the old accounting system to the enterprise’s management system Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The key task of this project was the development of a new accounting of business and finances to meet investors’ requirements, Latvian legislation and enterprise’s technology, as well as to secure increasing turnover and the speed of data processing.

In order to connect fully to the new system in 2007 financial year, the task of experts of „E-PASAULE” LTd was not only to carry out the migration of all remaining amounts from the old accounting system, but it was also required to transfer the turnover of the first months of the year into the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. All these operations have been accomplished in cooperation with highly qualified personnel of “Ingman Saldējums” Ltd. For organization of the work of the branch the system through the Internet connection secures the access to the shared database.

Thanks to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV potential there has been created a convenient tool for work with debtors, as well as implemented shop-window accounting and usage efficiency method.
