MindManager

The principle of “E-PASAULE” Ltd. is to apply in everyday work the own distributed products. Also MindManager has become an irreplaceable part of our work process. About her experience applying this tool she says as following: “MindManager accompanies me in my everyday work. In this system I plan activities on sale and implementation of software products. Every day the MindManager planning menue is open, where, dividing the folder per software products, there are being registered made calls and other tasks related to sales to prospective, as well as present clients. In the folder there are being registered also visits to clients so that in the end of month it would be much simplier to prepare waybills. In the planning folder there appears such information as scheduled meetings, executed meetings, prospectus, on which it is necesasry to make calls, prospectus, on which offers have been sent, prospectus, on which contracts are being coordinated, projects at the stage of implementation, clients, who required additional functionality.  

In this planning menue it is possible link together many operations, to indicate a particular contractor, a period of work performance per days, also it is possible to single out any activity with the help of color or form. It is very helpful, also it is possible to enclose to every activity some comments, as well as to show priority and to select information according to necesasry parameters. The MindManager helps also to count information about clients, contarcts, maintenance conditions.”
