The DocsVision solutions enable to organize efficiently the work with electronic documents and the fulfillment of business process. The system allows to register, store, direct and search for documents, to generate formalized computer – equipped business processes and to control the process execution. The system is connectable with electronic signature.

  • The replication module is designed for the development of a territorial system on the DocsVision basis:

  • The replicator reconciles data between various servers, including contacts, docuemtn templates and business processe, files and document cards;

  • The system has wide – range administration tools. The replication is being maintained both on the request of graphics and system administrator;

  • Incremental replication is implemented in the system at the elvel of single entry database thereby enabling to minimize the volume of transferred information;

  • Implemented automated device for replication conflict handling. All information about the conflicts is stored in the system log.

Gateway DocsVision-Axapta:

Integration of Microsoft Axapta with DocsVision is being implemented through special integration components of the «Process Management» software. These components implement below activities:

  • Monitoring of Microsoft Axapta system events: transmission of new information, modifications of accessible documents;

  • Transmission of the system from DocsVision into ERP-system and vice versa;

  • Routing of files and ERP-system objects;

  • Possibility to change business processes depending upon registered ERP-system objects;

  • Possibility to access to archive documents directly from ERP-system registered objects;

  • Contact information reconciliation between the two systems;

  • The listed mechanisms ensure the possiblity to automate the processes, which contain ERP-system functions and document management system functions.
